Who says breakups have to be bitter? People are celebrating the end of relationships with photo shoots
Don't sulk over your broken heart. Say cheese.
Beginning of a new relationship is beautiful. The first touch, the first kiss, and the first fight--all worth documenting. But, once the novel warm-fuzzy feeling subsides and the arguments intensify, to the extent that you end up parting ways, it's all downhill from there.
The butterflies in the stomach are replaced by emptiness and happiness feels alien. But, not every break-up has to be mourned. And not very broken relationship should turn you into a weepy Devdas.
Believe it or not, but the inevitable has happened. Couples around the world are celebrating their breakups and documenting them. Probably for a better closure.
Recently, a 22-year-old Western Michigan University student Harrison Bach and his ex-girlfriend Jackie took the Internet by storm, when they posted pictures from their breakup photo shoot.

Set against a poignant backdrop, the photo shoot was a reunion of sorts for the ex-couple. Though done in jest, the emotions depicted come across real and almost tangible.

Though, a weird concept, break-up photo shoots don't really seem like such a bad idea. Especially if you have had an amicable separation.
Wondering how did the couple come up with the idea? One that might soon turn into a trend, well here it is: "We dated from mid 2012 to the end of 2015. The reason for the breakup was distance. I went to college in Michigan for biomedical science, she went to LA for acting," said Bach in an interview to metro.co.uk.
"I wanted to recreate the classic relationship photo trope, but with a completely different emotion. Thankfully Jackie was on board with the idea," he further said.

Surprisingly, the pictures went viral some social media ninjas turned them into memes. But, that is beside the point. What stands conspicuous here is the fact that instead of depending on alcohol, you can depend on a photo shoot to help you move on.
