Almost everything about female sexuality turns into some sort of enigma for reasons beyond comprehension. And at times, truth gets camouflaged under years of story-telling and paves way for weird myths. For instance, the topic of female orgasm is vastly debated, mostly because climax for women is more complicated than men.

And guilty as charged, some women even end up faking it.

But, do you know that most of the things you have grown up believing about female orgasms are mostly false. Yup, sorry to shatter your illusion, but here are a few lies that you need to stop believing.

Women Have Multiple Orgasms
Nope, it's time to open your eyes and forget what you read in all your Mills and Boons copies. The concept of spiral orgasms has been glorified too much. Sadly, not all women can have multiple orgasms. Blame it on the fatigue, discomfort, and over-stimulation that after a point the clitoris becomes less than responsive. Also, don't forget it's very sensitive, so too much focused action will not help.

The Size Matters

Dear men, quit worrying about your size. It's really not detrimental. What most people don't know is: only first two inches of a woman's vagina is sensitive to stimulation, and anything beyond that doesn't really matter. What does come to play in most cases is the angle of penetration and sex position.

For instance, cowgirl and reverse cowgirl are two safe bets.

Vaginal Orgasms Are The Best
Did you know that there are more than ten erogenous zones in a woman's body and clitoris is not the only one. While most women focus on attaining nirvana through vaginal orgasm, they often end up neglecting the rest. In fact, in some women sexual stimulation of nipples and the area around it does the trick better.

So, if you are unable to climax while having sex, then maybe try changing your technique.

Female Ejaculation Does Not Happen
Like men, women ejaculate too. However, not all. But, it does happen in real as well and not just porn. What really happens is that in some women urethral sponge produces a fluid. And when the woman aroused, the sponge swells and upon pressure on the interior vaginal wall, it gets released.

But, it's imperative to note that not all women can ejaculate.

All Women Can Easily Orgasm
False. False. False. In most cases, men expect women to have an orgasm during the course of sex, which lasts for average of three to five minutes. And that's where the problem lies. According to most sexologists, women need at least 20 to 30 minutes of clitoris stimulation, and even then there's no guarantee that they will climax.

Hence, it's imperative to not solely bank on orgasms for sexual gratification. Just go with the flow and enjoy!
