Shubhra Bhardwaj, Founder-Creative Director, Ferriswheel Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

Shubhra Bhardwaj is Indian entrepreneur, poet, artistic director and founder of Ferriswheel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Currently based out of Mumbai. Born in Baroda, she is a pioneer in the field of Indian folk arts and has two decades of experience in the field of sports, performing arts & entertainment. She has a comprehensive & impressive body of work that lists creative services in more than fifty countries ranging from mid-sized festivals to large scale events.

As the spearhead of Ferriswheel Entertainment Pvt Ltd, she has been at the helm of several large scale events such as the 1st South Asian Winter Games 2011, Kerala Handover Ceremony at the National Games 2011, and numerous stage productions and festivals such as Ticket To Bollywood, Mood Indigo Worldfest and Glimpses Of India.

Chef Ishika Konar comes with over eleven years of varied culinary experience in western cuisine with specialization in Italian cuisine. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in fine dining and bespoke culinary experience. Her knowledge and expertise has driven her to experiment with different textures and flavours thereby enthralling her guests.

She has been associated with prestigious international hotel chains that have given her extensive exposure in international culinary trends. Her acumen has earned her various accolades including the award of 'Lady Chef of the year 2012' by ICFA. 

Ms. Rachna Aggarwal, CEO, Indus League

Educated women do not like limiting their lives in the four walls of the house. Despite social hurdles, many women have become successful in their workspace while still maintaining a good work-life balance.

One such name that comes to mind is Ms. Rachna Aggarwal, the CEO a successful apparel company Indus -League. Rachna is responsible for success and acceptability of various Indian brands like Scullers, Indigo Nation, Jealous 21, Urban Yoga and Urbana amongst their many international competitors. She also has been instrumental in introducing new brands such as Manchester United and Daniel Hechter as the Indian licensee of these popular western brands.

Esha Kumar, Assistant Manager - Golf, The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa

Esha Kumar is a young golf enthusiast, currently working with The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa. She is working as a golf instructor leading a team of seven members and advising nineteen  maintenance personnel in the golf course. Her aim behind working with the hospitality sector is to promote golf tourism in the country. She is the key person behind various tournaments at The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa, providing unparalleled tournament experiences to the guests and participants.

Starting her career as a junior golfer at Delhi Golf Club in the year 2000, Esha Kumar was  awarded with student membership for eight years. She played for Indian National Ladies Circuit with IGULS from 2007-2012. She received a specialized Associate's Degree in Professional Golf Management from Professional Golfers Career College Temecula, California, United States of America in 2011-2012.
