This modelling agency in Russia only hires models over 45 for the most beautiful reason ever
Their oldest model is 85!

The agencies hire models with perfect skin, complexion, and bodies to sell products to people. Now, something that looks good on them doesn't necessarily look good on everyone else. Not to mention, the idealism sold by the fashion industry causes body image issues and dissatisfaction among men and women. But, what we are about to tell you will bring a smile on your faces.
In a first, a Russian modeling agency called Oldushka only represents models from the age of 45 and above. And in some cases, even 85.

According to a report published in Metro, Oldushka was born out of a photography project. Igor Gava was going around snapping the style of retirees for his blog, also called Oldushk and eventually, he decided to set up an agency. And now, 18 months on, the company has four branches in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, and Omsk. His models are getting quite a lot of work in Russia - with increasing numbers appearing in mainstream catalogues and campaigns.
"Beauty--it's a quality that becomes more valued with years. I met some very interesting faces, and I wanted to do a separate project with them. A modeling agency became that sort of project," says Gava in an interview to Vogue.
"Appearing as themselves is an instrument to fight stereotypes. They are an inspiring example to show that it is possible to look beautiful and be your age," he continues.
And we agree. Beauty has got nothing to do with age. And the success of this idea is proof.
