Elizabeth Taylor takes her last bow

  • Dame Elizabeth was said to weigh less than 98 lbs (44.5 kg) when she died after spending the last two weeks of her life on a respirator in hospital. The actress's four children, 10 grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren are expected to share much of her $ 600 million fortune, although she is leaving some to her AIDS charity, a friend said.

The marriage lasted for 10 years but Burton's drinking & womanising put a strain on the relationship & they split.
