The real truth about Raima Sen's wedding

Raima Sen posted pictures of her engagement with friend Varun Thapar and tweeted ""I am getting married to Varun Thapar."

The pictures that she posted on Twitter looked very real and the couple seemed to be very happy. But within hours came another tweet from Raima saying it was a joke.

Raima was believed to be drunk and she tweeted the news in a fit of emotions. In fact she realized her mistake only next morning when she woke up.

Raima tweeted: "Last nite was a joke and I'm not getting married."

Varun is my best friend, she clarified.

A friend of Raima clarified saying she was just in high spirits" at a party in Kolkata when she tweeted this and in fact it was a surprise for both Sen and Thapar families.

Yesterday, Raima again tweeted: "Morning.well d Mumbai mirror artcile today was unfair.it was a prank tht went out of control .but it was all in fun.whrs ur sense of humour."(sic)

She further tweeted: hope all my followers understand that I was just having fun with my friends guess need to be careful as not every follower is a well wisher. (sic)

Raima Sen is the daughter veteran actress Moon Moon Sen. She is believed to be dating Varun Thapar and in fact the two are also considering marriage but perhaps they do not think it is the right time to make this announcement.
