Rujuta Diwekar, the woman who revolutionized weightloss for men and women caught in the quagmire of fad diets and disastrous formulas, and who gave Kareena Kapoor her enviable size zero figure, is now ready with a new book which simplifies exercise.

For all those who have read her earlier books must have felt a need for guidance on the right way to work out (although she has a chapter on mindful exercise in 'Women and the Weightloss Tamasha), and understanding the need she has penned down her invaluable tips in the new book-" Don't Lose Out, Work Out".

Through this book, Rujuta tackles myths and fads related to exercise, demystifies work out for everyone and presents it as not a brainless activity but a science which has the potential to combat all lifestyle disorders including diabetes and obesity, way better than any drug.

Strength training, Cardio and Yoga get a detailed chapter each along with their pre- and post workout meals, an often neglected but crucial aspect.

Her sensibility as an author for the needs and requirements of her readers has been well established in her previous books, Don't Lose Out, Work Out' will surely put and end to all those half cooked ideas that we all have about exercise.

Those who hate exercising, those who do it half heartedly and those who feel it hardly contributes to weight loss should book their copies now. The book releases February 2014.
