When asked the reason, she said: "I don't want to take advantage of our relation." Nevertheless, she plays the Jacqueline card very well, drawing comparisons with her sister in a bid to tempt prospective producers. "Jacqueline is a good actress but I am much bolder and I know I can get bolder roles. I have got in touch with some producers. Soon, I will sign some big projects," concluded the aspiring actress.

Chandi is quite proud of her career graph until now, but has her eyes firmly set on Bollywood glory. "I have done lots of movies, including a huge hit Sweet Angel. I wanted to shift to Bollywood much earlier but did not know anyone. But after I saw an actress from Sri Lanka make it big in the industry here and that too my own sister, it boosted my confidence," she said.
