Menstruating is not easy. Mood swings, bloating, nausea, tender breasts, cramping--those five to seven days of bleeding, and the week of discomfort before it, is quite a pain. Then, there's the social stigma of mesntruation. Women on their periods are considered to be impure, untouchable, bad smelling, weak, dull, and many other things.
