"I'll start dieting and exercising Monday onwards, I promise", sounds familiar, doesn't it? But does that Monday ever come?

There's absolutely no denying the fact that we women are multi-taskers, but unfortunately, we end up ignoring our fitness more often than not. All thanks to our chock-a-block schedules, hectic work lives, and household chores.

However, now it seems like our celebrities have taken it upon themselves to remind us of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and a regular exercise routine, that too in a fun way.
Jacqueline Fernandez joined hands with sports-gear giant, Puma for their Do You Campaign, which is aimed at motivating women to stay fit. As a part of this initiative, over a hundred women were invited to participate in the event that took place in Mumbai's JIO Garden this Sunday past (when all of us were simply lazing around and gulping doughnuts down our throats).

These incredible ladies, with an evidently strong core, collectively set the world record for the maximum number of women holding the abdominal plank together, as they maintained the strength-testing position for a duration of sixty seconds.

The sexy siren from Sri Lanka was joined by wrestler Sakshi Malik and actress Kalki Koechlin, who were seen encouraging the crowd and enjoying the event in full-swing. They were also joined by supermodel Ujjwala Raut, popular TV host Shibani Dandekar, and many prominent names from the TV industry.

Talking about the Do You campaign, Jacqueline told the Mumbai Mirror, "It's a movement which aims to inspire confidence in young girls, encouraging them to express their inherent beliefs, follow their instincts, find their best self, and be who they are, unapologetically."

Now, this is giving us some major fitness goals already. And well, it calls for double celebrations? We get to see women power at its best, with Jacky taking the lead. More power to you, girls!
