If you have a tough time motivating yourself to get off that couch and finally hit the gym, you are not alone. But fortunately, there's an antidote to your laziness and lack of will power. And presenting that antidote is none other than Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra, who herself has undergone a major weight loss transformation recently.

Parineeti was spotted attending her yoga classes in Mumbai. While you might think that celebrities exercising is no big deal, but there's a catch.

She was wearing a cropped red tank that gave a sneak-peak into her printed grey sports bra, a pair of mesh-cut yoga pants, and unique sports shoes with a cut in the centre. With a military-green gym bag by her side, Parineeti looked like a fashion diva as she strutted into her class. Check out her athletic look:

Intentionally or unintentionally Parineeti revealed her fitness secret and here it is: You can keep yourself motivated to achieve your fitness goals by wearing fashionable clothes to your gym class.

According to a study conducted by Northwestern University in 2012, putting on fashionably athletic workout gear can have a great effect on your workout motivation. Obviously, because good clothes can make a woman feel confident and great about herself.

We couldn't agree more. When you look at yourself in the mirror at the gym, you should like what you see. After all, you work your ass off for that killer body, right? And what better way to flaunt it than by wearing fashionable clothes.
