We know that cricket and drama is a match made in heaven. But what happens when you add a modern-day-dating angle and well, shitloads of slapstick humour to it?

You get a super-gripping, tale of contemporary love that is too funny for words--just like AIB's 'Flirty Messaging League' .

Tanmay Bhat and Malika Dua play commentators of the so-called match between two players--Vishal, a forever-single engineer slogging his ass off to woo Jiah, who is a bog-standard girl with a 'complicated' past.

Vishal decides to take the path not-so-less-trodden these days: TEXTUAL FLIRTING. Yes, once upon a time, bending on your knees with flowers was a thing, but then Tinder and Facebook ruined the game.

Will Jiah fall for Vishal or will a corny drunk text from her ex take the game away from the girl-deprived engineer? Watch the hilarious video here:

All in all, this love saga is full of awkward texts, throwing hints, and many foot-in-the-mouth moments. However, the show-stealers are the commentators Manoj and Monica (who just can't seem to get Manoj's name right. Each time she calls him Manauj, it'll leave you in splits).

Their crazy commentary all along the "match" highlights the anxiety that really goes through our minds while attempting to flirt through texts.

A big thumbs up to this satirical take on Love Aajkal!
