According to a report in Refinery29, practice called vaginal kung-fu, or vaginal weightlifting, uses an egg-shaped stone attached to weights to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. And if you are laughing at it by calling it a fad, then you'll be surprised to know that it's an ancient Taoist practice that has been there for quite a while. Yes, you heard it right.

Before you get grossed out by the concept of lifting stones with your vagina, let us tell you how it works. Think of it on the terms of kegels, the exercise which helps in strengthening bladder muscles, but only with a twist.

The exercise uses an egg-shaped stone attached to weights with a string and inserted in the vagina to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. The stone is supposed to be swung forwards and backwards like a pendulum. And if you do this regularly, it can help you get better orgasms than you ever had before.

Exercising with the stone makes the muscles contract and hold on to it, thus helping in the strengthening of the muscles. And just like kegels, it can help in strengthening your bladder muscles.
