What do you do when a guy cheats on you or when that relationship you thought would be everlasting just doesn't work out?  You cry your heart out with a bucket full of ice cream by your side, get drunk, hang out with your gang, and maybe even look for rebounds, right?

How about doing something crazier, something extreme that rinses your soul and frees your heart of the pain and misery once and for all? Try these activities for some instant relief:

Caution: They might scare the s**t out of you, but trust us, stepping out of your comfort zone also means stepping out of the comfort you once had with your ex-boyfriend. And well, once you come out of it and conquer your fears, you will be a changed person altogether.

Elope

Not with your lover, of course, we mean ex-lover. But all by yourself. Just pack your bag, get out of that room, take a leave from office, and give yourself a break. Set out on an adventure and meet new people. You'll learn more about life than your relationship ever taught you.

Strip Off

Your inhibitions, we mean. Yes, we are in India and safety is a problem here, so how about organizing a crazy-ass fancy-dress party with your girlfriends and playing strippers there. A pole or two would be nice for that added feel to the whole shedding-your-inhibitions thing, we say.

Bungee Jumping

When you jump off the high structure, you'll feel yourself getting detached from all your past burdens. Not only will the adrenaline rush make you forget all about that a**hole, the confidence boost you'll get post conquering your fear is unmatched.

Scuba Diving

Experiencing aquatic life so closely will bring you closer to nature and drive you away from the memories of the past. It's exhilarating and will broaden your perspective in life.

Kickboxing
