To hanging out with friends more frequently to dabbling with dangerous addictions like drinking and smoking to dating the rebound--we try our hand at everything. While, some coping strategies help, many end up backfiring making matters worse your itty-bitty heart. Here, Delhi-based clinical psychologist Archana Sharma points out the best techniques to handle that dreaded heartbreak.
