If this post makes you recoil in horror then you've not crossed the threshold of your relationship, yet. Or, you're just not into it. However, for those of you who don't mind sexting, this is for you. Before we begin, let's make a few things clear. Sexting is nothing to be ashamed of. Remember that Snapchat reached its staggering heights because people basically just used it for sexting--that's how normal it is. Secondly, your consent is paramount. Nothing you do in your life that makes you uncomfortable needs to be done. It's always a choice. You're not a goddess if you're sending a nude, neither are you a prude if you don't. Now that we've got it out of the way, here are a few things to keep in mind to make sexting classy:

Don't Be Shy

Not everybody enjoys a supreme level of comfort with their nudity. Sending a nude means stepping out of your comfort zone and looking at yourself from behind the lens. Remember, we have unreal body standards to live up to. So get the angle right, show what you want to, and hit send. Sending nudes can be one of the best ways to achieve body-positivism. No matter how game you are for pushing the limits, please know that nobody can force you to do what you don't want to.

Do Not Send Grainy Pictures

Or blurred ones. There's nothing more annoying that an unclear image when you're getting the game on. Pushing your phone into your t-shirt for a click really does not suffice. The person at the receiving end will be left twisting their necks to figure the right angle--a major turn off.

Get Your Angle Right

If you're sending nudes, it clearly means that you're alone. So, you can experiment with all possible angles and figure out the best one. If you look best from the left side, show it off! That's what nudes are all about!

Get The Location Right

You don't want to look like Venus with a backdrop of dirty towels and laundry. The best way to go about this is to find a plain wall you can click the pictures against it. Or, if life grants you with the luxury and privacy, click the picture near a window where the light cascades beautifully down your body. We know it sounds dramatic, but that's the feel your nude should exude. After all, a picture can speak a thousand words.

Try Not to Use Flash

While natural light can make your body look beautiful, a camera flash can make it look flat and unappealing. Not to mention, it looks unflattering--considering you'll be taking the picture at an arm's length. You'll be way too close to the camera to make the flash work in your favour.

Use Filters With Generosity

Yep. Filter the crap out of it. If you're on Snapchat, there should be no dearth of filters. Instagram too has a variety of filters to offer that'll make you look nothing less than a Goddess. Use the feature that helps you sharpen the image--it really works. But, please be careful. Take a screenshot of the image and not actually post it on Instagram. But then again, totally your call.
