If working long, strenuous hours, meeting deadlines, and gender wage gap is not commanding enough to cope with, sexual harassment at workplace makes life miserable for women.

And despite being subjected to degrading and inappropriate gestures, 70% of women refrain from complaining against it. Blame the stigma, fear of losing the job, and social shame for making women clam up instead of raising their voices.

So, if you have ever been in a position where your superior or a colleague has made you feel like an object of desire, this short video by Bombay Talkies will resonate with you.

Witten and directed by Sana Ahmad, the video begins with people working in a humdrum office, going about their business, while a male boss is having a conversation with a friend over the phone.

Unsurprisingly, the conversation is innuendo laden with references including that of 'Sapna Hotel' and a 'green underwear'. Next, he asks an office boy to call the 'Madonna'. Wondering who that is?

Well, it's a female employee, one who is used to her boss's sleazy ways. What happens next is no rocket science. The boss is more interested in looking at her boobs rather than the paperwork he has asked her to show.

Having had enough, the woman gives it back to her boss, and how.  Dialogues every woman will identify with. "Malai thodei na hai, sir, ki jab aapka mann chaha aapne chammach dubaya aur chaat liya," she says to her horror stricken boss and you can't help but applaud her.

This video might just be a piece of fiction, but the incident shown is a sad reality, prevalent in a lot of offices around the world. And it's time women break the barriers of shame and speak their heart out. Just the like the make-believe female employee in the video.
