You know the feeling when a spoonful of sheer hazelnut goodness touches your tongue and smoothly makes its way down your throat drowning you in its chocolaty taste and sinful glory. By now, you obviously know that we are talking about everyone's favourite chocolate spread--Nutella.

Yes, that feeling is indescribable.  But what is describable is the guilt that comes once that dreamy Nutella-devouring session gets over. The guilt of having unnecessary, enormous amount of calories and sugar, followed by a disappointed look at your stomach.  Isn't that so painful?

But, that's not all. We are so much in love with this divine, creamy blend that we often ignore more serious health repercussions of it. If you ever take a look at the list of ingredients mentioned at the back of the Nutella jar, you'll realize what we are talking about. Take a look at this striking visual and you'll understand what we mean.

Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, we ain't shitting you.

All you need is a soft avocado, a banana, 200 gms of almonds, 2-3 spoons of cocoa powder, and 1-2 tbs of honey. Roast the almonds, and grind them into a powder. Add banana, avocado, honey, and cocoa to the almond powder and blend the mixture until you get a smooth textured paste. Spread the paste on a slice of bread and enjoy your healthy chocolaty morning treat.
