I hate cooking. No, let me rephrase that. I suck at cooking. Every time I enter the kitchen, it looks like it's been raided by thousands of starving souls. So, I try to stay away from it as much as possible. However, I do have one weakness--desserts. Blame it on my sweet tooth, but I can never get enough of those sugary delicacies. The only thing that stops me from creating scrumptious delights is my inability to work an oven.

If you too are a dud like me in the kitchen then I have some news for you. I recently came across some easy pesay no-bake dessert recipes that are really a child's play. Not to mention, they taste just amazing. Wanna give them a try? Well, here they are:

Strawberry and Cream Cake

Aha! This one is not only easy to make, but an absolute delight too. All you need to do is take two large tablespoons of whipped cream and put it in a rectangular container. Now, take a spatula and level it. Next, place few graham crackers next to each other on top of the whipped cream. When you are done, add some whipped cream and layer it again. Cut a few strawberries into small pieces and place them on the layer of cream cheese. Keep repeating the layers till you reach to the top. Now, put the box in a freezer for three hours. Take it out once the time is up and enjoy this yummy goodness.

Oreo Sandwich Cake

Don't you just love Oreo? But, how about you use it to make a no-bake cake at home? Yup, you can do that and it's easy too. Just separate the cream from the cookies and deposit them into two different bowls. Now, take the cookies and put them into a ziplock bag. Take a rolling pin and crush them until they turn into powder. Pour it into a bowl and add five tablespoons of melted butter and mix it well. Pour the mixture in a cake mould and level it with a spoon. Next, take four tablespoons of cream cheese and heat it over the stove. Add half a cup of sugar, the white cream from the Oreo cookies, and one tablespoon of vanilla extract to it. Mix it all well until you get a creamy consistency. Now, add one cup of warm milk and one tablespoon of gelatin to the cream.

Mix everything together and pour it on top of the base you created with the crumbled cookies. Next, again sprinkle the powered Oreo on the mixture you just poured. Keep repeating the process until you reach the top of the mould. Keep it in the freezer for four hours.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Like peanut butter? Well, how about instead of spreading it over your sandwich, you eat it in form of a cookie. Divine, no? Add some peanut butter to a bowl. Now add some powdered sugar to it and mix it well. Line a tray of muffin mould with muffin wrappers. Pour some melted chocolate and the mixture you just made into the cups. Mix it inside the wrapper with the help of a small teaspoon. Put it in the freezer for one hour. And voila--you have yourself some amazing peanut butter cookies.

Banana Pudding Dip

If you don't want to spend time making pudding at home, just buy a box of vanilla pudding and you are sorted. Then take a large bowl and add one cup of whipped cream cheese, half a cup of powdered sugar, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and half a teaspoon of salt. Beat it all together until it's all combined. Now, add the pudding you purchased to the mixture, pieces of chopped banana, half a cup of whipped topping, and fold it in.

Once you have it ready, scoop it out into cups and add some walnuts to it. You can even line it with more whipped cream and banana pieces.

Chocolate Almond Crisps

Last, but not the least--chocolate almond crisps are to die for. All you need to do is melt one cup full of white chocolate chips in a microwave. Once you have it ready, add one and a half cups of rice cereal, half a cup of sliced almonds, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and half a cup of dried cherries. Mix it all well until you get a thick paste. Now take a tray and line it with a baking sheet. Add dollops of the mixture you just made to the baking sheet. However, make sure to place them at a distance from each other. Keep it in the freezer for one hour. Enjoy!
