Chickpea and Mint Crostini

Don't let the fancy name overwhelm you. This recipe is super easy and quick to make. Pour 439 gm of chickpeas, half a of cup pomegranate seeds, half a cup of freshly-chopped mint, two chopped spring onions, and two tablespoons of olive oil in a large bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve this yummy delight with toasted garlic bread.
Red Bell Pepper Cheese Crackers
Serves: 5
This finger food is absolute heaven. Begin by adding four thinly-sliced jalapenos, half a cup of vinegar, half a teaspoon of peppercorns, and half a teaspoon of coriander seeds to a jar. Top it with powdered sugar and salt to taste. Close the lid and shake it well. Keep it in the refrigerator and leave it overnight.
Next, mix 226 gm of cream cheese, and half a cup of mayonnaise until blended. Add four sliced red bell peppers, 340 gm of cheddar cheese, half a teaspoon of paprika, and two finely-chopped onions to the mixture. Whip the blend for a couple of minutes. After you are done, take out the jar you prepared and combine its contents with this freshly prepared dip. Mix it well and serve it with salt crackers.
Caprese Kabobs
These are probably the easiest of the lot. All you need to do is-cut a cherry tomato into half and stick it in a skewer, follow it up with a small piece of basil leaf, and mozzarella cheese ball (you can go for the store-bought variety) . Do this one more time, leaving the end of the stick free. Drizzle some olive oil, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Nutella Pie
Serves: 6-8
What's a party without some lip smackin' dessert? So, all you Nutella lovers out there--there's a treat for you!
Beat 226 g cream cheese, half a cup of powdered sugar, and the contents of one 160 gm jar of Nutella until fluffy. Add one cup of whipped cream and mix until you get a creamy texture. Now, for the best part--chop six Ferror Rocher chocolates and add it to the mixture. Pour it all in a round container and keep it in the fridge for an hour to set. Garnish with additional Nutella spread and chopped chocolate chunks.
Dips with Veggies
If you have absolutely no time to prepare a snack, then this is your way out. Prepare a platter of dips and veggies and you are done. All you need to do is buy packaged hummus, herbed cheese spread, and guacamole. Serve it with veggies of your choice, crackers, and tortilla chips. Enjoy!
