And presenting that antidote is none other than Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra, who herself has undergone a major weight loss transformation recently.
Parineeti was spotted attending her yoga classes in Mumbai. While you might think that celebrities exercising is no big deal, but there's a catch.
She was wearing a cropped red tank that gave a sneak-peak into her printed grey sports bra, a pair of mesh-cut yoga pants, and unique sports shoes with a cut in the centre. With a military-green gym bag by her side, Parineeti looked like a fashion diva as she strutted into her class. Check out her athletic look:
