5 Bollywood divas who should have taken fashion tutorials before walking the IIFA 2017 green carpet

It was utterly disappointing to see these Bollywood beauties making fashion blunders at IIFA Awards 2017.

  • The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2017 recently took place in New York and as expected, our Bollywood divas dazzled at the event. However, there were a few actresses, whose fashion choices were not only an epic fail but they also made us cringe.  Here's a look at five worst dressed Bollywood divas who should have probably taken a crash course on fashion before walking at IIFA green carpet.

  • Taapsee Pannu
The Naam Shabana actress is known for her eccentric, yet elegant fashion choices. But, this time Taapsee left us completely disappointed with her black fitted corset dress designed by Steven Khalil.
We don't know whether it was the excessive silver sequence or the sheer black sheath that made her look so drab.

  • Neha Dhupia
The actress decided to go for a monochrome look, but failed at nailing it. Dressed in a voluminous tulle gown, Neha Dhupia's look was a complete downer. We don't even want to talk about the huge black bow on her waist that made the gown look not only out of place, but also ill-fitted. Even her minimal makeup and the halo braid couldn't save her.

  • Kalki Koechlin
After seeing her look at the IIFA 2017 green carpet, we only had one question on our minds--WHY? Kalki, who has always chosen elegant ensembles at award functions, was dressed in a pink foamy Gucci gown. The problem with her dress was the unnecessary ruffles that didn't look flattering on her petite frame.

  • Richa Chaddha
Richa Chaddha wore a green Sabyasachi ornate gown for the IIFA Awards 2017 and left us wishing she didn't. To be honest, the insane amount of bling on her gown made her look like a chandelier. We understand that she was probably aiming for an ethnic look, but the dress was clearly not impressive at all. While she chose to keep the make-up subtle, it really didn't act as a saving grace.

  • Huma Qureshi
Huma Qureshi chose to wear a Carolina Herrera gown and completed the look with earrings from Aurelle. While we loved the coral-coloured ensemble, we are definitely not happy with the feather print and the navy blue belt. Not to mention that it looked more like a fluffy curtain to be honest. From her choice of dress to her make-up, nothing was striking about her green carpet look at all.
